I need very heavy weight chipboard to cut down to make a square 8 x 8 chipboard book. I will cut the board with a heavy duty office guilitine cutter, so I am not concerned about whether it can go through a Cricut or other die cut machine. I want it to be the same thickness as the shaped chipboard books you can get for a dollar at Michaels.

Where can I buy chipboard like this?

I found this site. It seems resonable. I have not ordered yet.

You can buy it right here.

(BTW- it's against forum rules to post links to another store/purchase place)

I went and bought a full sheet of mat board at M's. It wasn't that much and I have made a TON of books out of it! I just got regular old white and I cover it with whatever paper I want. Or you can paint it. I like to use mod podge for a heavy duty cover.
