Hello everyone! Just poping on to say hello! I want to scream!! Took Zach to Dr this afternoon, he is baffled, but wants a stool sample, easy enough right? NOPE! Got a tiny one, wasn't enough, so I cleaned it out and was trying to clean the toilet, so nothing would show up, and he had to go again, so I let him go with out the hat thing in the toilet, I even feed him a kids cheeseburger thinking it would run right through, but no, I've been waiting for two hours and nothing! I just made him go out and help my Dad in the yard hoping the movement will move something. However, the lab is now closed and one of the four vials is only good for two hours, so that one will have to come in the morning, the others are good for 72 hours...now the fun begins!!!

I will be Relaying all night long tomorrow night! It is always so much work, but well worth it in the end! It is very cool to see Zach out there with so many older people walking the Survivor lap! I hope to take more photos this year, the past few years, I've been too busy running things to take many photos!

I guess I better get off here and maybe head home since I can't take in the stool sample tonight!

KAren - praying you get some answers and that the sample collection gets a bit easier.

Good Luck on the Relay!

So - I mentioned to Karen today that had something to share about G and how she is growing up too quick - probably TMI - but....and I know most of you are "boy" moms...

G has the American Girl book all about taking care of your body - good hygiene, eating properly, etc etc. Well...it also has a whole section on how your body changes. The kiddo wants to skip past the whole section and wearing a pad and she wants to start wearing a tampon cause the book shows you how....first off - she has not even started yet (but she still tries to put a mini pad in whenever possible) I am now going to have to start hiding tampons.....grrrr

later

Karen~~hope it works out getting that sample and results.

Sorry about the smoke.

Colorado girls...where should I take my family on vacation? And, somewhat reasonable. And, who knows whether my family would even allow me a chance to meet you all.

look @ you go. You are so funny trying to be subtle. LOL

I looked @ Royal Gorge and it's almost $100 for our family to get in. I haven't checked Pikes Peak yet. We thought about staying in Ouray...but, that is a long ways away.

well, what really got me is DH said he had to do some work to the vehicle on the brakes before we went out....to the tune of $400. I really didn't budget for that. And, then after vacation...school is getting close on starting. UGH!!!

Pam, sorry about G! But at least she might be prepared. We have a very open door policy in our house, sometimes too open. When Zach was just a little guy I don't remeber if he was potty trained yet or not, but he had seen me put on pads before and one day I caught him "playing" with the entire box and had one stuck to his testicles. It was not fun for either of us to pull that off his delicate skin...but I am laughing about it now!

Still no stool sample, UUUUGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

Good morning ladies!

Thank goodness for boys, that's all I have to say about that!

TGIF. HillClimbs tomorrow, should be fun if the weather holds, not so much if it gets cold & rainy. Long day though, it starts at 2:00 fireworks start at 11:30. That's pretty late for me!

Clinton is out of town all next week, and I'm good with that, Randy is also gone for football camp, not that I really see him anyways! just Brandon and me until Wednesday night, when Randy gets home.

Lynn - have a great day at the HillClimb - and that is past my bedtime but I am finding I am staying up later these days - go figure...

Karen - ROLF - then I started thinking...did she get a sample - or did she get a picture in Draw Something.

I upgraded the free version and I am getting a fair amount of force closures....I "want" to upgrade to the paid version...just waiting for the paid upgrade to 'pop up'..

I am definitely having fun with Draw something - sometimes I get to mucn into the detail (sorry guys) - it can be like art journaling...doodling and all is therapeutic....

So...I am too lazy to look back to see if I already shared this - so sharing again - and apologies if it is old. I signed up fro a Mixed Media class led by Donna Downey - up in Ft. Collins - on June 30th. I am so excited! Meeting a friend I 'met' at JS who definitely is an artist, I think had her own store, and probably has a real background in art where I am a "wanna be". Its a six hour class and I will be learning 40 different techniques in an album....YAY!!! (might still be openings if anyone wishes to join in....)

I think I saw th stylus at target - I wonder if it would work on a droid -

later - heading over to Garden of the gods - then to the movies (think "circus afro circus afro") then she has music therapy this afternoon....

Watching Journey 2 (drooling over the Rock) Wasnt sure about this but lil G is loving it - wants me to take sixteen wishes off her ipad and add this - WOW? Really? (I'd let her keep both - but maybe I can use this as an incentive....)
