Left boot camp crying yesterday. I am very frustrated and feel like I have wasted my time and money this month. My knees have been so sore that I am not getting the most out of my workouts.

FIL had a bad week. He tried to walk out of the nursing home the other night and then went on a rampage when they wouldn't let him leave.
