No it isn't. It probably will be in the near future though if you want me to give you the recipe. We've made it a lot and it is great, but I just haven't blogged it yet.

Tonight, we're having bubble pizza (which I'm calling bubble bake so I don't have to put pepperoni in it and can add veggies) and salad.

Bubble Pizza

Prep Time 10 Minutes
Cook Time 30 Minutes

Ingredients
1-½ pound Ground Beef
20 ounces, fluid Pizza Sauce
2 cups Cheddar Cheese, divided
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Divided
2 packages 10 Count Buttermilk Biscuits

Preparation Instructions
Brown and drain beef. Add sauce, stir in 1 cup cheddar and 1 cup mozzarella.

Cut biscuits into quarters or smaller. Fold into sauce.

Pour into greased 4 quart pan (or 2 smaller pans).

Bake at 400F for 20 minutes. Top with the remaining cheese and put it back in the oven for 10 more minutes.

(Baking time may vary from oven to oven. Spaghetti sauce can also be used instead of pizza sauce.)

*I'm making my own sauce in the CP with turkey, green peppers and onions. I'm going to use just the mozzarella and stir in canned mushrooms when I mix in the biscuits. Someone suggested that it be made in a springform pan to make it easier serve so I'm going to do it in my set of 3 heart shaped pans and dump the rest in a casserole.

I had low fat Cottage cheese (Knudsen) with a cut up
Banana and a few Crackers.. Tried some Oranges I just bought and guess what their not sweet..

Do you ladies ever buy fruit that isn't good and throw it away.. seems unfair to the consumer but I always do it if it doesn't taste sweet, and it happens with avocados frequently..

If I am the first one to get to the kitchen to cook we are going to have ribs. More often then not I go into the kitchen to get dinner started and DD has already started. She is becoming a pretty good cook! Last night she made salisbury steak sandwiches!

left over asparagus chicken from mongolian bbq made into a fried rice with the addition of left over white rice, egg, and cabbage. It was yummy. I LOVE that my DH cooks for me.

tonight i am making honey bqq and orange chicken. it's super simple to make

cut one orange into 1/4-1/2 inch slices and line a cooking pan.
coat chicken breast tenders with honey bbq sauce and place on top of oranges.
drizzle chicken with honey, cook at ~350 in oven for like 30 min.

my bf loves it and it's a great way to use up oranges before they go bad. when cooking they infuse the chicken with a great citrus flavor. although i don't care for the oranges after they are cooked so much, they develop a weird after taste (for me anyway).

chicken bbq'd with a honey/orange glaze. Not sure what the side/veggie is since DH is the chef. He makes it, I eat it and don't complain if I don't like it since I didn't have to cook it! I will gently suggest that certain things never be made again tho.
