Brown and drain beef. Add sauce, stir in 1 cup cheddar and 1 cup mozzarella.
Cut biscuits into quarters or smaller. Fold into sauce.
Pour into greased 4 quart pan (or 2 smaller pans).
Bake at 400F for 20 minutes. Top with the remaining cheese and put it back in the oven for 10 more minutes.
(Baking time may vary from oven to oven. Spaghetti sauce can also be used instead of pizza sauce.)
*I'm making my own sauce in the CP with turkey, green peppers and onions. I'm going to use just the mozzarella and stir in canned mushrooms when I mix in the biscuits. Someone suggested that it be made in a springform pan to make it easier serve so I'm going to do it in my set of 3 heart shaped pans and dump the rest in a casserole.
If I am the first one to get to the kitchen to cook we are going to have ribs. More often then not I go into the kitchen to get dinner started and DD has already started. She is becoming a pretty good cook! Last night she made salisbury steak sandwiches!
tonight i am making honey bqq and orange chicken. it's super simple to make
cut one orange into 1/4-1/2 inch slices and line a cooking pan.
coat chicken breast tenders with honey bbq sauce and place on top of oranges.
drizzle chicken with honey, cook at ~350 in oven for like 30 min.
my bf loves it and it's a great way to use up oranges before they go bad. when cooking they infuse the chicken with a great citrus flavor. although i don't care for the oranges after they are cooked so much, they develop a weird after taste (for me anyway).
chicken bbq'd with a honey/orange glaze. Not sure what the side/veggie is since DH is the chef. He makes it, I eat it and don't complain if I don't like it since I didn't have to cook it! I will gently suggest that certain things never be made again tho.
