Last night we had blackened fish, baked potatoes, asparagus and sliced tomatoes.

Fettucine alfredo with chicken tonight. And garlic bread.

I'm starving.

That just gave me such a Greek food craving I'm drooling. Tomorrow I'm dragging the kiddos out to eat Greek! I need one of everything!

Cheesy cauliflower casserole with horseradish crust (it's just as good as mac-and-cheese, seriously!!) and I'll do something with chicken breasts for a protein.

Not a huge fan of horseradish, but would love to hear about the cheesy cauliflower!

Kim, start with this recipe:
http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Ca uliflowe...

I'm always mixing it up as I can't follow a recipe to save my life. Tonight I added half a bag of broccoli slaw - DELISH! Sometimes I keep it to cauliflower, sometimes I add broccoli or swiss chard, sometimes I mix up the cheeses to include mozzarella or pepper jack. Etc., etc. Always saute onions and/or garlic and add to the mornay sauce, and these days I use almond milk instead of milk - it's hard to go wrong

Thanks!! I looked at the brand website and apparently my local grocery is supposed to carry them, I'm definitely looking for them next time I shop

I think DH is making turkey burgers tonight, and I think I'll roast some portabellas to put them on instead of buns.

Sometimes I get the sauce with it already in, other time, I make my own, and add sweet roasted red peppers, spring onions, and mushrooms too. Its so freakin good!

I actually made a menu and a list - just need to get off my duff and go shopping.

For this week:
Pad Thai
White Chicken Chili
Crispy Chicken Soft Tacos
Salisbury Steak
Zuppa Toscana

Last night we had tuna noodle casserole. Cheap, everyone likes it, and it makes tons so that I can pack it for dh's lunch.
