I made 16 quarts of spicy chili last night, and we did chicken on the grill tonight.....

Warm, and spicy to chase away the rain and cold!

Since we've been out of town and eating everything on the run, we're having real food tonight. Pork chops, mash potatoes, gravy, biscuits, and corn!!

We don't have them here either, but we always go when we visit my in-laws - they have them all over down there!

I cut my chicken up in nugget size and for every 1 cup of flour I put 2½ tablespoons of powder sugar, ¼ teaspoon white pepper and ¼ salt. I dip the chicken in milk before the flour mixture and deep fry. Not sure where I got this recipe I've been using it for years. It's not Chick-Fil-A but it is the next best thing. My cousin makes sandwich size pieces of chicken when she makes it. And of course I have to make waffle fries with it.
Sadly tonight we won't be having it or the flounder totally forgot to get chicken out of freezer and forgot to get flounder while at store, so we will be having spaghetti fast and easy to fix.

Roasted chicken and havarti paninis (with bacon, of course!) with garlic chips and sliced pineapple.

Why no, I don't feel like cooking.
