Freezer score! A packet of kalua turkey we'd forgotten about, with frozen rice and a salad. Instant fab dinner, yay!

Polenta souffle tonight - a Sunset recipe that is pretty easy and is a failproof souffle. With a cambozola sauce - cambozola is sort of a cross between brie and blue cheese and if you like either one is DELICIOUS! Sauce is made by just microwaving a little chicken stock with chunks of the cheese, and straining it. And a salad with tomatoes and strawberries because both need to be eaten or they'll go bad.

bayamonesa1 - I can't imagine going through chemo AND having to cook dinner, wishing you strength and health. Same goes for anyone else who's going through trying times.

One of those premade foods from the freezer. One of my friends filled my pantry and fridge so I dont have to cook for at least a month! SO blessed! No complaints at all. I go home to tired from chemo and work. I just want to rest and even sleep for a few hours so having premade foods is the best option at this point!
