Ok friends, I need some pasta salad recipes. I have to bring a pasta salad to my niece's First Communion on Saturday and want something new to me but that I know others like. Any suggestions?
This is THE BOMB.
7 oz pasta (rotini or whatever) - cooked, drained, rinsed with cold water
8-12 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled) - I use one whole pack
1 large tomato (chopped)
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
4 cups lettuce sliced thin
dressing:
1 cup mayo
1/4 cup concentrated lemon juice
2 tsp powdered chicken bouillon (or 2 cubes crushed)
2 tsp sugar
Whisk dressing ingredients and mix with everything else.

OK Cassie, what's shakshouka? OK I just googled it, a tradition egg dish from Israel. It looks really quite good.

Yeah it is a spicy Israeli stew. We make ours with peppers, tomatoes, eggplant, and squash and then you poach some eggs in it. Very tasty, healthy and easy.

Ooohh so cool! She is the only other one I have heard of then Haha we have been calling Adelyn 'Addy' since day one. Though she probably thinks her names are 'cupcake' and 'goat'. Long stories for both of the nicknames... especially 'goat' lol! Tell them I say Congrats and great choice
