I was wanting to use newsprint, but since it yellows easily and isn't scrapbook friendly I tried some alternative ideas! I found an online image of a vintage newspaper and then just printed it onto cardstock and used it that way! I got the idea from some others here on the boards!

HTH!!!

I found these in the store, and they make stamps you can create your own patterned paper too.

Here's a couple more...

Keywords Book Print...Script...Ledger...

You could also make your own using a recycled book from the thrift store or stamp your own words using a script-type stamp.

I have some black with silver words. I love it. Unfortunately I have no idea the manufacturer.

I also have some halloween-theme paper by Making Memories that is black with white words. I've used it on all kinds of layouts, including a Christmas page. It's great, as long as you don't READ the words. I think it's the story of the headless horseman.
