It's def. a 5 petal flower, but it's got to be able to punch through felt like the one in the picture not sure these could go through felt. Thanks for posting I'm gonna check them out. If anyone else can think of what die it can be please do post. Thanks a million!

Maybe it's done with a Cricut machine - they would cut through felt. Maybe the Walk in my Garden cartridge?

I don't think its the spellbinders one but I do know that they cut through felt.

I have cut felt with a punch. It has to be stiff felt, but I've done it.

Maybe Sizzix Sizzlits Die Set 3PK - Flower Layers Set #3 and/or Sizzix Bigz Die - Flowers & Leaf (neither of which are in the store here but they're on the Sizzix website)

Also check out Tim Holtz flower dies, I know they can cut felt easily. I've heard that the dies at Papertrey ink can cut thru felt as well.

Check Sizzix dies. The regular steel rule dies will cut felt, fabric and many other materials.
