Hi ladies need your help. I have to do a mini album for a friend who just had a baby girl. I do not like to do baby theme minis so I really want to make it with lots of light to medium yellows, preferably not baby theme paper thow. But can't seem to find a paper collection that has yellows in it....I do the shabby chic or vintage style. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas.... I am stressing out over this because I don't have much time....

Thanks ladies....

I was thinking of the MME Lost and Found Sunshine collection. I think it's gorgeous!

I'm not big on baby lo's either -- but I do love brown/pink combo for girls. Not cotton candy pink -- but a soft muted pink. Just a thought.

I believe Authentique has a recent line with yellows in it. Also, I'm a big fan of "Queen Bee" (older line) from Pink Paislee. I know those older lines are harder to find though.

I know you are looking for yellow, but Basic Grey Two Scoops makes and awesome baby girl album. I made one for my sister,

Have you thought of just doing a "Family Theme"?

My friend had her third girl and since I didn't do books for the first two I did a family album for the third

Debbie Mumm has great "baby" paper...if you can can find them. They used to sell then in J's-I haven't seen them there lately though.

I completely agree with Amy--just added you to my Fav Artists, hope you don't mind! It's a lucky friend to be getting an album from you!

On the idea front, I'm currently working on minis with a fairy theme & a Peter Rabbit theme. The Peter Rabbit is using lots of yellow, but I'm mixing paper from all over, so not much help on that front. Good luck with your project, can't wait to see!

I'd probably just use solid-colored cardstock and distress or embellish to create my own 'shabby chic' look.
