What am I doing wrong? When I apply the roll on adhesive, the used section does not always roll up and I am left with loops of strips that don't want to roll up. I have taken the roll out and hand rolled the excess but that rarely solves the problem as the next roll creates more loops. Are some roll ons better than others and less likely to loop?

Which product are you using, exactly?

I had this problem with the Hermafix. After many rolls of adhesive, and more time rewinding than working, I finally gave up and threw it away. It was so frustrating.

What adhesive are you using?

There are so many types of adhesives out there. Before we can help, we need to know which one you are using.

This was one of the reasons that drove me to buy my ATG.

I've had that problem with two different brands, once each. Has this happened to you with more than one refill? I think sometimes there's just a bad batch.
