I searched but couldn't find anything specific,,,

how do you use digi stamps with copics??????

I find that my ink is running just enough to muddy my cloring (and possibly ruin my nibs),,,,,

I did heat set the ink for a minute or two,,,,,am I being impatient, or is there some other way to "set" the ink that I am unaware of???????

or am I just out of luck in the digi stamp department when it comes to copics??????

It could possibly be the type of ink in your printer. What kind of printer do you have? I have an HP and have no trouble.

I have an HP as well,,,,,,

I might try spraying it with a fixative,,,,,I do have it,,,but it leaves a bit of a film on the stamp,,,,my other choice is to let it dry WELL,,,like maybe overnight,,,,IDK we'll see.

I haven't used digi's yet, but I also have an HP inkjet printer and have been wondering if I would also have this problem. Could it be the paper? I know there are threads with the paper everyone prefers for the copics, but perhaps that paper isn't the best for the printer?

What is a digi stamp? I never heard of them till I started reading all over the place here. Is it a program for the computer or a tool you can hold in your hand or what?? Sorry to be the unsmart one here

I have yet to use digi stamps, but have a few downloaded for when I'm ready to try. It's basically like a coloring page you can print from your computer instead of buying a rubber stamp.

OK, figured out my problem,,,,

I let them dry over night and had no problems at all,,,,,,,

YAY! I have a ton of digi stamps!

Janet,,,,,,,

a digi stamp is basically an uncolored image you can make any size you want (well, it's easy to make smaller,,,,making them bigger sometimes distorts them,,,,,,so the big big ones are great,,,,)I just resize them and print!)

Here,,,,,,these pumpkins are a digi stamp,,,,,

That is a beyootiful card! Glad you solved your problem. I also find that printer ink on certain papers can take longer to dry. So, sometimes, it's the paper and not the ink.

Holly print on draft first of all then make sure you heat set. I have an HP and never have any trouble but I always print on draft and either heat set it or let it sit over night.

I borrowed my sis' copics ... it's fun but I'm still figuring it out.

I also bought some "free" digi stamps and opted to print with my laser printer ... works perfectly. One time to be happy I have 2 printers thanks to my hubby's computer job.
