I love, love, love my cutterbee scissors for fussy cuts. I use Tim Holtz Tonic for rubber, but my cutterbees for getting in tight corners of images and such.

I use curved-tip manicure scissors.

I use an exacto for photos or the little tiny sewing scissors like cutter bees

I use a good pair of Fiskars for most cutting, also a paper trimmer. My favorite is also the cutter bee scissors for smaller cuts.

I tend to use the following on a regular basis:

My Cutter Bee scissors

The Cricut Tool Kit has a great pair of scissors for getting into small spaces and cutting out details. It also has a craft knife which I use for this too.

And of course my Martha Stewart craft knife. It's always been a staple in my arsenal of tools.

I have been fussy cutting for 14 yrs. I bought Fiskars micro tip spring action. They are soft too. They do not have a finger hole. (they hurt my hand)
I still use them today. I do lots of fussy cutting & paper piecing all the time. I never had pain using these scissors. I recommend them.
