I have some pictures that I want to write some information on the back of. What do you use to label pictures? I'm looking for something that is safe on pictures. I've tried the CM photo pencil but had a hard time getting it to write well on my photos. Any ideas? Thanks!

I use a sharpie pen, it wont bleed through most papers, smear resistant when dry, permanent, water resistant and acid free. It comes in a few different colors and can be found at most stores in the office supply aisle.

Ditto pp.....working in the film industry, when we had to write info on polaroids (taken for props, wardrobe or continuity) we used Sharpies....

American Crafts Slick Writer here. It works ON the photo if you want (doodling, etc) or equally as well on the back and pretty much anything smooth.
