Well, I did good with clothes and got tons! No more baggy pants and big mens tee shirts for me lol! I actually went down another size in jeans and was so happy! All that exercising must be finally paying off. The best though was these amazing shoes. Normally I have a serious shoe and shoe store phobia, I avoid it like the plague, but these shoes spoke to me. You know that glowing light that comes down from the sky and you hear angel voices singing in the background in cheesy movies when the perfect item is spotted? It was like that. I actually agree about thrift shopping. My daughter and I go thrift and antique store shopping for clothes sometimes when we're out that way, there's none in my little town. We love vintage things and will search through everything to find it. I usually only find shirts and dresses though, only 1 pair of jeans ever. Wow... sorry about the rambling. I think I'm still on a shopping high lol! I know, I'll just say the shoes are photo worthy and since they're about 6 inch tall wedges I'd like to shoot them from a low angle to emphasis the height and add an interesting perspective... there, now that rambling was photo related for the thread lol!

Guess what! I checked my e mail and I have won another book! This one is a novel; Calling Invisible Women: A Novel
by Jeanne Ray. I have never heard of this author and one of my goals is to discover "new to me" authors so, I am anxious to read this one. Any of you ladies read her books? If you have read this one don't spoil it for me but, tell if you liked it or not.
Heading to bed to read on the one I am reading now; In The Arms of Angels. It is very good. I love reading about angels coming when we need them the most.

Good morning! I'll take a pic of the shoes this evening when I get home. They weren't Monolos or expensive, I just really loved them. Now I'm all worried you ladies will be disappointed by them lol! I have to take the little one to an ophthalmology appointment this morning. It's an hour drive just to get there. Between driving, waiting, and the actual appointment it really eats into a day.

I had a look at my blog and realized I'm 10 days behind on posting my 366 photos. 10 days! I've never been that far behind before!

I was up just under a pound today. Not a big deal as I'm well within my range. No Chinese this week!!!

DH & DD are both home today. I suppose I'll have billing to type out for him and of course have to listen to DD singing to herself (headphones on) while she sits at the table and does her homework.

I really want to finish the class I'm working on and get to my chair. It's a little windy right now but it is supposed to warm up in the low 70's. Unfortunately rain is supposed to be here around 1ish and we are expecting some really nasty weather this evening.

Off to get something accomplished. BBL!

Looks like everyone is either busy or moving slowly today.
I need to finish eating and get busy listing items in my etsy shop. Keeping fingers crossed that I will get lots of buys!

Carolyn...I have been busy stripping outside today. The weather ended up being perfect for it. Chair is done with phase 1.

So far no rain, only a sprinkle or two. I'd really like to put a coat of stain on it but I better not.

DD cooked dinner before she left for work. 15 bean soup and cornbread. She even did her dishes which is a miracle in itself. I've got the ice cream maker going...chocolate chip.

I'm also in the middle of another LO...working on the last week of the class I'm re taking. Hopefully I'll be done with it tonight or tomorrow.

I wish some one would come cook dinner at my house!!

DD likes to cook but she is rarely home to do it anymore. Cleanup was a breeze tonight!
