That's what I always say --
I guess it was like 2 years ago I went to a nutrionist and he had me following these crazy different diets yes I was losing weight and a decent amount each week but in the long run it wasn't anything I could actually keep up with and do it all the time. And I gained all that I lost back and then some. So now I'm still eating everything I like just paying more attention to the portion size and like what I ate through out the the day. Like if I ate say a piece of cake in the middle of the day I won't have a bowl of ice cream at night too. I'm losing weight but pretty slowly but it's something that I can do. I was thinking about it this morning if I only lose a pound a week well in 52 weeks I'll be 52 pounds lighter. So a loss is a loss it's always better than a gain.
