I was in the middle of purusing the site and it went down. I was looking @ Cuttlebug folders, which are 40% off and free shipping no minimum.

Well, now that you brought it up. I hate their site, I buy stuff from the site because of the hefty discounts but the site is terrible. I much rather shop here. The search engine on this site works much better. I think they need some major IT help.

I haven't had any trouble with J's website. Just received an order from there and it got here ahead of schedule. Sorry you all have had problems with them. Hope the site comes back up shortly.

I've ordered from their before as well without problems, but I know other people have had issues with it ... they do have good discounts though

I've never had a problem with their site, only ordered from them a couple of times. But there discounts are really good.

Which sucks because they had free shipping and no minimum purchase. So when I go back to order, the coupon had expired BUT the site was down all night I think they should extend the special, which the webpage msg did say they would do since the site was down.

That's weird because I got on at a little before midnight CST, and placed an order just fine.

I've encountered their site getting "hung up" when they have good sales & during the hours when people are most likely to be online. Just stop sleeping & shop at obscene hours like 2 am or 5 am, & you may be fine--or, you may run into a snag because that's when they do their system maintenance since "nobody's on the site then." Good gracious, try to figure!

I don't mean to say there was anything wrong with the orders. Theye were timely, fast, well packed. I did have a embellie that was broken once and they replaced it. I did not have to mail the original back.

The service, order fullfillment is great. So I am not saying to be afraid to buy there.

The site will BOMB on you in the middle of trying to order. I had a long wish list on there one time and it disappeared. It was a pain to rebuild it. That has never happened here.

And the search engine many times will not get you to what you want.

They sent me an on line survey about their site once and I completed it and told them the searching was not intuitive. Not much has changed but maybe they are working on it.

The wish list feature at Js doesn't work at all for me anymore.

The site is better than it was in 2009. The search feature is better. But it does still crash during big sales.

They do have a great selection and good sales.

In 2009, it seems that they were experimenting with ridiculous price hikes. Like, $30 for a BG pack. I complained and I'm sure others did too because they don't do that so much anymore. Some items are a few dollars above MSRP but not the 30 to 40 percent hike they were trying to pull a couple of years ago. Point being: watch for that.

I got a gift card for my birthday back in January and the website wouldn't take it. I ended having to place an order over the phone.

I really wanted those items WITH free shipping and no minimum........Im so sad now....

So I emailed J's and they contacted me back stating I can call to place and order and they will honor my coupons. Great!!!
