Question about the Imaginisce Clicut. Does the blade swivel, or is it only good for straight cutting?

I looked at it and it doesn't appear to swivel.

I have the little fiskars finger swivel knife and love it for small projects. If you are looking for a swivel blade, this is a great one to check out. I love this little knife, it works really well.
