Missa....Uriah's teacher commented on his handwriting to me earlier in the school year. She asked me if he has "always written like that"? Uh, yea! He has terrible handwriting....gets it honest I'm afraid. I write terribly and must have gotten that from my dad. My mother writes beautifully! Uriah is just now coloring "in the lines". I ride him all the time to take his time and also ride him about his writing. When I mail out goodies (like to you guys) I have to be extra careful with my writing, lol! Most of the time I scribble so bad I can't read it when I go back and look at it.
I ate good tonight. A side salad, dressing on the side. I get the dressing of my liking and just eat a little. I also got a cup of chili and it had like 6 spoonfuls in the cup.
Think I'm thrift shopping with my pop tomorrow. 1/2 off at Goodwill since it's the first Saturday of the month. I get to see Lexie too! I'll be looking for books for DD and who knows what my dad will be looking for. Will be nice to spend some time with him.
Missa you asked how old Sophia is: either 3 months or just over 4 depending on if you count from her delivery date or from the date she should have been born. She has a problem called "twisted neck" from her crowded pre-birth position which should straighten up on its own over the months.
LINNNYYou said my summer home is a bit different than my AZ. Ya think? It is almost like cutlure shock. LOL
Hello ladies, thank you for such a warm welcome! I did some pictures with my kids and plan to take some more. DH has his 20 yr class reunion tonight in bricktown, maybe I'll get some interesting shots there. Are the pictures just straight pics or can we use editing software? I have elements 8 and I'm just now trying to figure it out.
Kate...Hope the furnace is fixed now and you're staying toasty warm.
Missa...Yeah, I've been asking myself that same question, "What have you gotten yourself into?", lol! My DD started work again after being off for 18 months...so I'm watching her 2 little ones, almost 4 yrs and 17.5 months...3-4 days a week [occasionally 5] and for 6-9 hours a day depending on her work schedule. The baby is a sweet, patient little fellow...but the 4 yr old is very busy and demanding...I'm not over the hill yet but I'm no spriong chicken either and that little rascal is wearing me out!! However, he's learning that Grandma doesn't dance to the same beat he does, lol!
Lori...About the comment left on your pic...I don't think the OP knows what he's talking about...designguyKORY is on this site and he's a very cool guy and a hoot!! I follow a regular thread he started "PayDay Friday" and his blog and I've never seen any thing of yours on either one that I recall.
Sarah...Photo editting is allowed...occasionally someone may ask how/what you did so I try to make a few notes about what I did in the photo description or the keyword/tags just in case someone asks.
Okay, I need to get busy on leavin' some lovin' and then start snapping some pics to post. Have a great day everyone!!
Darci....I did check out his gallery! I have no clue what the other dude was talking about!
Getting a bit windy here too. I started a new hat. Just ripped it all out. Only had a bit of time in it thankfully!
Krista...glad you got to sleep in.
I found some books for DD while out with my dad. Lexie was a hoot! She has a dance recital tomorrow. No seats left. I could sit in the lobby and watch on a big screen but I don't plan on it. I don't need pics from a TV screen!
