From what I recall, with copics you need to bleed through the paper in order to blend well and I know you use special paper is all I know - now they are alcohol based so whatever you would use with that

Quickly scanned the chatter. I talked to my bride to be friend and I'm going to make her wedding thank yous- 50+ in 18 days! I think this is a budget exception.
Went to A's for the buy 10, get 10 pps. I also picked up pprs for her wedding album. Will have to buy an album for her.
I got a pack of stamps, 2 ink pads, and 20 sheets of ppr. The pprs are all for gifts.
I also have been packing up the scrap room, sigh. I've been organizing the goodies, so when I move into my new Scrappy Den, it'll be so much easier to put the goodies out. Maybe I can get rid of the rolling totes. Now, to wait for the title...

Yep - you need extra thick paper for copics. I have some but at the moment don't remember what it's called

Awww Thank you ladies!! I appreciate the bday wishes, I did have a great day, and I didn't even take advantage of scrap shopping. I have been crazy busy and I think i am going crazy! lol I need my scrappy time or at least scrap chatting time. I know it's just going to get worse once school starts again.

I did pat...it doesnt work with the distress markers....unless I place the colors on my craft mat...but what I saw online was them color a bit of the stamp in and then spread with the water pen....I am assuming its a really smooth finish paper

Maybe they filled the water pen with blending solution that you use with alcohol inks?

Woot for the budget exception! I'm finally going to see MrsAnnieS at a crop this weekend before the Big Move! I had to furiously unpack my toys from some boxes before DH loaded them into the car. I have no car today, so I'm going to be a packing princess today. I hope I have enough boxes. I'm going to work on the cards at the crop. So happy A's sent out a BOGO coupon for this week. Why is it that this week everything I need for the cards ISN'T on a good enough sale!?

My 50% off coupon is burning a hole in my pocket. What to get, what to get? It's good for 2 days, so maybe I'll go to Ms tomorrow too even though I don't work. There is a TH stamp set that I want and I need (NEED I TELL YOU) that Crackle paint set. I have Rock Candy, but need the Black Soot and Picket Fence, and it can't hurt to have a Rock Candy back up, right?
