I wonder how ANN fared today with Audie?? Their weather looked bad.

I am wondering, too, Char.

I just went upstairs..only in the basement because that is where we tape shows. The skies are clear.

Char I typed up an answere to your question about my favorite thing...Then I got done and it said "report Post" 250 work limit and I don't think I was over that. I said that I enjoyed my walk with my brother and his dog. It was just the two of us. Of course I loved the outlet mall and meeting Teia. I LOVED Saturday Market. My sil, Andie, my sis Jean and I had coffee and an eclair at a area called St. Honors. That was fun...there were little shops. So dun to hold my great nephew Griffin (the preemie). Lots of family time.

Betsey - The generic Tylenol PM is working for me so I am sticking with that for the time being. I tried Melatonin by itself and have tried Chamomile tea and neither worked for me.

Ann - I hope you all made it ok for Audie's appointment.

Tish - A lot of my patient's have trouble with Ambien and that is one reason I would never take it. I am surprised it hasn't been pulled off the market.

Cathe - So glad you made it home safe and sound.

Char - I hope your brother's test turns out ok.

Di - Love your flowers!!

Teia - I think you do need less stress and not more. Did your sister say why she has changed her mind? Is there a certain date all of this has to be decided?

Josie - Hope your weather is ok today.

We are under severe thunderstorm warnings.

It is so ugly and rainy outside. I need to run errands and get some groceries and I do not want to.

I lucked out Char; left at 2 and it wasn't raiing...just got home a bit ago. Whew. I went to a shoe discount place (DSW) and came home with 6 pairs of shoes... three are Clarks and two are Merrells and one pair of Nike flip flops with the ribbons separator. I haven't purchased shoes in 3 years.

Also went to JoAnn's and bought 4 new punches. I am a Punch Nut for sure.

My mom always said she never wanted to live with her kids. I wanted her to come to my house when she was able to come home on Hospice. She didn't want to die in my home she said.

My mom made me promise I'd get her to Hospice so she wouldn't die in my home. She didn't want the kids to deal with that. They were 7 and 14 at the time.

Di, glad you had such a great trip! The photos were so nice...the house, the sunsets, etc. I am not accustomed to seeing people in jackets and caps on a beach so that was different for me! The beaches in the south have bikinis, etc., almost year round.
Char, praying your heart cath goes well. Audie had one years ago when the Dr. thought he was weeks away from a heart attack. There was minimal blockage, valves were fine...final Dx was STRESS!

the only reason I know about cool/cold weather beach days, is that in Maryland, one of our favorite things to do, was go to the beach in the winter......stay at a house on the beach, where we had huge bon fires, cooked dogs on sticks....looked for shells in the morning, had coffee on the campfire.....it was heavenly and fun. However, that was Many, many many years ago....1957-59 era......of course now, no fires on the beach anymore.......and I have lived in Florida since 1979, where we only have warm weather for beaches......everynow and then when the weather gets cold in the winter for a day or two, I have gone to the beach ........because I love the desolate feel and look, but now there are lots of people walking who obviously like the same thing....LOL

I don't remember ever being at our Ocean without a jacket... always windy and even in summer can be coolish.
