Didn't someone recently say the handle of their grand calibur broke?

what was the outcome?? I've contacted Spellbinders, but of course, it's a holiday weekend and I don't expect to hear from them until at least Tuesday,,,,,and I was just wondering.

thanks!

I remember they sent it back and they fixed it for $25. I forget who that was.

In that case, I am sure they would send a new handle.

Holly, Spellbinders will have to send you a new one, for free. Contact them when the Holiday is over. I had one of the internal plastic wheel broken. I contacted Spellbinders in USA and they transferred me to the distrubitor in Holland, Europe. The store owner where I could pick the wheel up said to me...if I had bought the machine at her shop, Spellbinders wouldve given me the wheel for free as they have a long life guarantee. Its a policy that they have.

Contact them again...being it yer on USA grounds (I presume), you'll be send one to your home address am sure....

yep, handle cracked right where the joint is,,,,,it's not in two pieces YET, but I bet if I used it a lot it would be. It's cracked enough to be wobbly. I'm sure they'll contact me when the holiday is over,,,,,I sent them an email.

This is awesome to know, I'm going to be careful tho'. You never said how it broke? You don't know your own strength?

wow..I can see how it could break...mine slips out of the hole..so...I could easily break it if not in correctly.
Glad you got a replacement.

it just cracked right where the handle turns,,,,,no clue why. I wasn't doing anything I shouldn't be,,,I was cutting a spellbinders with the correct sandwich,,,,,,,the lady just said that different people's standing position, etc would put pressure in unusual places,,,,,,,,but that I had done nothing wrong, and they would be glad to replace it.

And thats exactly why I would support a company like that over another company even if they sold the exact same product.

Good customer service has always been one of my pet peeves.
