I just had to share of bit of GREAT news! I will soon have my own craft room. Honey and I have signed our life away on a home and I will finally have a space of my own for all my goodies. When we were picking out plans, Honey kept saying we needed to make sure I had a place of my own for all my "craftiness." I am so excited and felt like sharing!
I hope to have one like this:

Congratulations - how exciting! I share a room with my husband with is nice that he is in here with me, but with all his office stuff, I'm really cramped! Would love to have a space like you!

Holly that is what DH said when we bought our first house 12 yrs ago. After we signed the papers he said well we are now XXX in debt. At the time it seemed like so much money but prices have doubled since then and now it seems so cheap for a house (around here at least).

Congrats on your new home. I understand. We had been looking but we found one & went into contract that night. WE closed 5 days later in the afternoon after we closed on our home that same morning. I get to decorate my scrap room too. This one is very pretty. I never thought about this color. ENJOY planning it. Enjoy it when you are done.

We are custom building our new home so its going to take some time. We filed paperwork for the land to be officially deeded to us today and filed the paperwork at the county courthouse today. Thursday we meet with the engineer to figure out where to place the stakes of the house. It will probably be a couple months before they actually break ground.
