Close to My Heart has a similar product called Liquid Glass. Here's how I used it on my layouts to make the polka dots pop from the page:

Glossy Accents is a great, strong glue. I actually haven't used it awhile though because I generally prefer a matte finish. My go to glue is Claudine Hellmuth's multi medium matte. I do like GA for shiny things though.

I am an activities assistant at a nursing home, and last week we made "eggshell mosaics" (I got the idea from someone on SB.com). After the shapes were dry (we used wooden hearts and stars), I put Glossy Accents on. They are beautiful!

My goddaughter borrowed mine (along with instructions I found online) to make faux sand for a school project. I also plan to use it to make sand for 2 beach and desert vacation layouts.

On this layout, I stamped the little characters, cut them out and applied glossy accents to them
