Bitten by the Travel bug is currently seeking some new members who love to travel, scrap about their travels and share their layouts.

The following is from Henri's original post that will tell you a bit about the group.

Do you cruise so often that it’s getting hard to book a cruise without at least one port on the itinerary that you’ve already visited? Do you fly so often that you know the airline baggage and carry-on maximum weights by heart? Do you keep a suitcase partially packed so you can be ready for another vacation in minutes? Do you have a favorite restaurant in Barcelona, Paris, or Buenos Aires? Do you have a favorite hotel in Sydney?

Group so far:

Do you know the way to San Jose from wherever you live without using a road map? Do you give your GPS a serious work out? Do the words “Road Trip” get you excited? Do you love taking pictures of the Golden Gate Bridge, the Statue of Liberty or lighthouses all around the United States?

Most important, do most of your scrapbook pages feature exotic or scenic places you have traveled? Do beaches, mountains and waterfalls seem to end up in a lot of your layouts?

If you answered “yes” to most of the questions above, this critique group may be perfect for you! Whether you travel nationally or internationally; by car, motor home, cruise ship, or plane. It doesn’t matter. As long as you are all about travel and are willing to share your travel layouts - this critique group might be a great match for you!

This critique group is for those who have smitten and bitten by the Travel Bug!

Guidelines
• Limited to 15 people who have been smitten and bitten by the travel bug. I think it will take time to get that size, but people drop out or become inactive.

• Must be willing to share travel layouts (and some personal as well) with the group.

• Must enjoy talking about travel and recommending (or warning about) restaurants, attractions, hotels and sharing travel stories.

• Must be willing to offer support and love to other members in their gallery postings.

• Must want to be an active participant in this new critique group.

Thanks & Happy Scrapping
~ Angela

Excellent Angela! We should be home tonight but are stopping to visit Bill's nephew in Tampa so we may be there overnight.

Awesome! We stayed T Bill's nephew's house last night and went out on his boat. Now we are headed to McDill Air Force Base where we left my car several weeks ago before the cruise and then we have a 2 hour drive home.

Bev - will add you to the list when I get home but please go over there and introduce yourself! Thrilled to have you!

ThAnks for thinking about him. He's doing awesome right now - no seizures in over a month. We have to take him to the hospital in Tampa on nov 19 for 3 more tests - MRI, pets an and neuro-psych which is a 5 hour written and verbal. Then his file goes to a review board of neurology specialists to make sure they all agree he is a good candidate for brain surgery and so far all test results indicate very strongly that he is.

Then surgery will be scheduled, most likely for January. The entire medical team seems optimistic that he will be seiizure free without meds.

That's great he's doing so well. If he does go into surgery, I hope he'll have a safe and speedy recovery. I don't know how the hospitals in Tampa are, I've only been to Largo Medical when my father had his heart attack and Bayfront in St. Pete when I had DD 2 weeks ago. How's your husband doing? Has he been back to the cardiologist again?

Thanks! Its fun. Andy (my 6 yr old son) absolutely loves going on the airplane and going back and forth between Connecticut and Florida. When we drive, we always have to stop at South of the Border for him. We've got a list going of all the places we want to go and he recently asked if we could go to Africa to see the lions. He's pretty easy going when it comes to traveling. I'm hoping Adriya (my 2 week old daughter) will be as easy as he is. So far, she's really quiet and laid back.

Els and Monique - go over to the critique groups and join right in. I'll add you to the list in a few minutes but you don't have to wait.

If you didn't answer here Els I was going to go looking for you and invite you personally because you were in the back of my mind yesterday when we decided to increase the group.

Monique - your kids are going to have travelling in their blood! What an education that is going to be for them! So glad you want to join our little group!

Henri -- are we going to stay on this thread or go to the other one???

Bev -- I LOVE FLORENCE. Would love to go and spend a week there. Never been to Switzerland.

Can't wait to see the pics.

Heading to Florida tomorrow. Will be there barely 36 hours.
