How do I make a chipboard card stand? Needs to look like a plate stand or canvas stand. Anyone have a pattern or know how I can make one? Needs to fit a postcard sized Christamas card.

Well, if you are patient I think you could design one using this site:

I display special cards n easels I get from various stores when I run across them for cheap. The last ones I got were cherry finished wood fro .99 each at HL.

I wanted to figure out how to make a chipboard one because I want it to fit in a regular envelope with the card. I think I figured it out though. Here's my finished card and chipboard stand. I wish I could find ones already made because it was a PITA to make.

Great question! I never thought about making my own stands. I have a heck of a time getting my cards to look straight when I photograph them. I bought some of those plate stands in the past, but I either broke them or lost them. But if I can make my own our cardboard or cardstock that would work great.
