I am currently in the process of sewing seed beads onto cardstock for a layout i'm doing. Have wanted to try this technique for a long time but always dismissed it as too fiddly (it is) but it looks amazing!!
I wondered how many others had tried it and if you'd posted layouts of it?

I haven't but curious to see what it looks like when you're done.

SEWING them?! Wow. I assumed all seed beads on LO's are glued. Can't wait to see your finished project!

I've tried regular glass beads but not the seed beads. Beads do look great on projects, I often simply forget to add them when sewing.

SOunds interesting as I mainly glue them to the project. I like sewing in the LOs so I amy tryit. Please share a picture when you are done. It will be nice to see the outcome of a pretty page!

There is not enough booze out there to get me to do this. I wanna see when you're done!

Oh Megan thats hilarious . It did take me 6 hours to finish.

From what some of you have said maybe the beads are called something different here in Oz.

Awesome layout! I don't think I have the patience to do that though!

Gorgeous layout! But since I already qualify as one of the World's Slowest Scrappers, I think I'll pass on that technique. LOL

Here are a few of the ones I've done. Good luck, it is tedious but looks great!

That is gorgeous! Of course, as another candidate for world's slowest scrapper, I shall add this to my favorites with all the best intentions and see if I ever try it
