I have pictures of 5 of our dogs wearing the same sweater that I want to scrap, and I want fuzzy letters for the title. I have some great adhesive ones, but they're white, and I'm planning on using a white backgroud to make the colours in the sweater stand out. How can I add colour to my letters to make them show up on my background? One idea I had is to outline them with yarn, but I'd love to hear some other suggestions! TIA!

I think it depends on what they are made of but I would bet that any kind of mist would work well. Or possibly regular ink or alcohol ink. I'd test it on another letter that you don't need though.

my first thought was to die them with something like Lindy's.

Ive colored felt Thickers with a Sharpie and had great results. I had to let them dry completely and I used more adhesive on the back since it got a little wet.

Ive also inked them with a regular dew drop ink pad.

I have used sprays, and inks with great results. Because yours are white they should do just fine.
