Have you tried Webster's Pages? They have awesome collections and I think they're all available in digital too. The link to the blog below shows some collections they're featuring right now. On their website you can click on digital and all their digital collections are listed on the left. I love the Sweet Notes collection! Hope that helps! Here's the link to the digital page...they have some free stuff too!

Sweet shoppe, scrap orchard, scrap matters, lilly pad are all great places.
