Well, you don't need to have a title for it if you don't want to - and not using a title would give you some more space on the page for the photos.
You can stagger the photos in different locations on the pages, like in this Star Wars layout by Amy:

You can crop or print them each to about 3 inches wide and do a single row of photos across the two pages, with three on one page and four on the other - which would give you lots of room for a title if you come up with one. Something similar to this layout by Scrapperbee, but with the photos at 3" wide instead of 4":

You could use a pocket page for six of the photos, and enlarge your favorite photo to highlight on the other page. Like this type of page protector:
