I want to do a 'Rainy Day' page & have some really cute embillies to use but I'm stuck on paper choices. I've been looking & looking for paper depicting rain with no luck. Then I thought, "Ok, how can I 'create' a page giving the idea that it's raining?" Any ideas? Am I not seeing the forrest for the trees???

I just searched the superstore here and found this one. There were a few more.

how about using a grey colored cardstock and "painting" raindrops with glaze or stickler? Or use clear cellophane cut into raindrops

I like that pp that AmyWho linked!

I did this page...it's more an "idea" of rain than anything that's actually rainy themed. (Probably because I couldn't find anything except the raindrop epoxy stickers in my stash at the time )

Do you have a flower punch? The petals on some flower punches look like raindrops when separated from the flower center.

You could use either of these.

I just made this page:
October Ticket Challenge, COW#31 - Didn't it rain By RedSquirrel

The rain is Queen and Company Goosebumps. They used to be sold here. I don't know whether you can still get them, but you can get pear or drop-shaped gems.

Those are awesome! Use some gesso over it and paint it or distress ink to make awesome raindrop background.
