I just wanted to share my experience here that I have recently had with Papertrey Ink's customer service. I know that many crafters here on Scrapbook.com's forums may be familiar with Papertrey and/or have shopped with them, and I feel like it is important that any customers or potential customers of Papertrey be aware of their absolutely terrible customer service practices.
