Newbie here, so this may be a dumb question. I noticed that there are two different versions of the vintage market alphabet die, one is Bigz and the other is Sizzlets. Besides the price, is the only difference the size of the letters? Thanks in advance everyone!

Hi! Welcome

The Sizzlette is a thin metal die and can be used in most die cutting machines. The Bigz is a thick die type that takes a different platform. That's not a great description! Does it make sense?

I assume both would work with the Big Kick?

Other than what Crimson Mama said, yes, size is really just the difference. Just further info on her post, the smaller one is a strip that's about 2.5 inches wide and 14ish inches long and only about 1/4 inch thick. It goes on the platform in the Bigshot/Bigkick. The Biz die just goes through the Bigshot/Bigkick with cutting pads-no platform required.

When deciding which to buy, it's important to think about what you want to cut. The bigz die will cut almost anything, the sizzlits will only cut very thin items.
