I sell some of my items on Etsy, and lately I have been trying to "creatively package" them. I found a roll of a thin paper-like material (and I don't really know how to describe it!) that I bought a few years ago overseas at a craft store and I love using it.

The bad news is that I don't know what it is or where exactly I bought it, so I was hoping you guys could help.

It comes on a 2-3ft long cardboard tube, is transluscent, and I can easily see the fibers. I have posted pictures as well. Thanks

That looks like tulle or possibly interfacing to me. I suggest going to a fabric store like Joann's or Hancock Fabrics to see if they have what you want.

Yes it looks like interfacing to me also. Take it to a fabric store to compare.
