Description: This LO is for two challenges....This Day in History-March, and April Bling. I have to give credit to Scrapperlicious because she inspired me to make these flowers! She made hers out of transparent paper but it didnt work out for me??? So I used Vellum instead with markers and made the strip of circle cardstock. I was very pleased with the results. I also added lots of rhinestones for the "bling". I wish my skin could be sooo great again! Thanks for looking.
