I did this LO for the June Scraplift Challenge. I have been waiting for an idea for this pic from 2003. (Yes I am a little behind in scrappin)

Dear Owners

Since you have not listened to me once again, I had to do it. How many times must I tell you that I don’t like being alone and I don’t like being ignored! I get all your time, all you attention, not the neighbors I could see you visiting with out the window!! You were gone for 4 hours!! I couldn’t take it any more! You didn’t even leave me any toys to play with!!! The rope? That was no fun. Shorty just sleeps when you leave and well that is a tug-o-war toy, so I had to find things to “play” with. That made me so upset! You left me alone in this big house wearing your favorite little shirt that says “mischief maker”, and well, I decided to be one. I hope this goes to show you both that I mean business!!!
I did try to play with the rope, it shred quite nicely but when you didn’t come home in a timely manor I had to move on with my frustrations. The rolled rawhide you left us couldn’t even sooth my hurt when I realized you weren’t coming back. When I saw Shorty’s collar it reminded me of the bath situation. I am a princess, and royalty does not deserve such treatment! Water? There has to be other ways! You ignored us once again and left our collars off after the bath, I like to think of them as “crowns.” So while you shop for new ones, keep that in mind. The broom was an innocent bystander. Although I must say it was fun! Wow can the shreds fly. I enjoyed taking my frustrations out on it. I hope you have to pick up the pieces one by one and think of me and how crushed and alone you made me feel. The clothes were somewhat harder to play with. I could only leave holes, and each hole is like the empty feeling you gave me when you left me here all alone with Mr. Lazy. I hope this breaks you down and makes you realize who is more important in your lives!! I am the princess here and I deserve to be treated like one! The bathroom rug wouldn’t move when I pulled on the corner. I tried to remove it but the rubber bottom tasted pretty badly. And, although I must say the syrup in the bottom of the styrofoam cup from your soda was quite tasty, you know I like milk!! I spread those pieces all over the bedroom to remind you of that!
We didn’t deserve this treatment, and if it continues, don’t think I won’t stop!! Arrangements must be made to take us with you if planning to be gone more than 10 minutes.

I hope I have made myself clear.

Sincerely,
Duchess

P.S. I have my eye on the phone, you nursing shoes, and the cell phone!

A special thank you to HannahSeth for the LO and to the challenge for the inspiration. http://www.scrapbook.com/scrapbook_layouts/showphoto.php/photo/223886
