my 5 year old has started this as well and although i usually carry her back, sometimes i just enjoy it as i know she won't be trying to snuggle with me when shes older :(
this inspired me!!!
that's so sweet ... my dd does this too, usually comes in but not always. she always whispers "mommy, or my best friend". makes my heart melt, i can't turn her away! :)
That's is so beautifully written and from the heart quite obviously. It's great that your recording not just the nice easy bits of her childhood and she'll love the read that when she's grown up and perhaps has children of her own. Beautiful page in every sense.
