Journaling: "Change is scary for me. I’m a single mother, and I work very hard to provide what little I have to my family. I am also a creature of habit. Routine defines our everyday lives. I’ve come to realize that its because routine is the only thing I can count on. My children are part of the future and outcome of this world we live in. It’s frightening to think of letting the world have my babies. I know I must let them go, eventually. Before releasing them, I have the task of imparting in them the values that are important in life. Sometimes I get lost in the here and now, the details, the daily routine. I will try to remember the bigger picture and make sure that my children are ready for this world."
