This another card for the December Card Challenge in the favorites category. The link to the original can be found at: http://www.pennyscreativecorner.com/2009/11/pinwheel-technique.html . Although the materials needed are listed, it took me a bit to figure out how to piece them together. You put the two big squares together and then layer the smaller over each other and add the brad to cover the imperfect center. The red pp is from the Simply Delightful paper pack by My Mind's Eye. The stamp is from a set called Winter Wishes by Hero Arts
