Description: LO about my DD's 15th year, made with the Little Scrap Shop January kit. I adore this LO! I painted the 15 on the lace cardstock, then backed it with a contrasting color paper circle (which I also stamped) to make it stand out. The "flowers" are hand cut from a sheet of the KI paper.
