My husband retired in August 2004 after serving 20 years in the Navy. These photos were taken during his last re-enlistment ceremony in 1999. My favorite part of the layout, and the part that illicits the most comments, are the gold chains at the photo corners. This is a very simple embellishment using gold brads and jump rings but really adds a classy touch.
