You did such a great job here! What a great idea for a layout and how awesome to be in an actual postcard!? How often does that happen? I love the little journalling arrow and all the layers you used. The whole layout reflects the time period of the postcard and that frame is just the perfect touch!
This is so cute and the picture is wonderful!! So you and your mom got to be in a real postcard! How cool!!! The flowers are pretty here and the journaling arrow is very cool!
Retrospect to 1971. I did this Lo of a postcard that was taken by a fotograph from Åre in Sweden, there I have my grandparents and there I spended many of my childhoods summer and some Christmas too.
The postcard was not arranged, that we suppose to expect.:-)
I have enlarge the postcard, but not the backside that I put under the postcard. I have chalked and inking the edges of papers and flowers and around the LO.
The border had I cut out from a pattern paper. It´s bling on the flowers, the frame around us and it´s stickles on the dots whit the scalloped corners, on some flowers and on the stamped flourishes.
Under the title I painted with goldcolour and the flower after the title is two organzaflowers that I fastened with a flowerbrad.
On the right side of the postcard, in the frame, it´s my mother, me (in the pink cardigan) and my youngest sister. I was 6 years old and she was 2 years.
