This is my niece. I loved this black and white picture of her and I used a photo tinting pen to colour some of the flowers on her dress blue to coordinate with the cardstock. I'm not too happy with the handwritten title but..it's done now and I'm onto the next! P.S My dd Lois most of this one for me!
