Description: This is the Salem Village Witchcraft Victim's Memorial in Danvers, MA. Danvers was once known as Salem Village, but has spent the past 300 years distancing themselves from the Witch trial hysteria and it definitely shows because you don't see many traces of it at all. In 1992 they built this memorial for the victims. Its on a small little quiet street in almost the middle of nowhere. It is beautiful. The day we went my sister and I were the only people around. The text around the edge is the words from the victims. It may look like something is misspelled, but there was no standard way to spell words in the 17th century.
