Waiting to boil

First time I have ever made strawberry jam.......I grew up making pineapple jelly with my mom......she also liked to make papaya jelly.......maybe the fact that we lived on the equator had something to do with it. Any way I am branching out.......I hope to make blackberry jam this year too. Its my favorite.
