Description: Do you remember making leaf impressions when you were in grade school? It was quite some time ago for me, but I remember that being a Fall activity. Well I used that technique on this layout.

The kids had off from school one day this week. We went hiking and letter boxing. Hubby captured this photo of us. My youngest was collecting leaves and pine cones and of course rocks. Every boy collects rocks, don't they?

Any way, I thought it would be great to use his leaves on the layout. I painted them and stamped them on the card stock. I also painted the pine cone and rolled that. I really like the impression that left.

Gotta remember to do more stuff like this. Great way to preserve even more memories and..... It was fun!

I set the smaller photos to be as if they are leaves falling from the tree.
