Description: Pic of my daughter laughing it up! I did this LO as a challenge to myself. I wanted to scrap with something I really hate. I REALLY hate neon colors! I used my daughter's neon finger paints on white cs and to stain some white flowers in my stash. Now that it's done,I like this page! Not enough to add a lot of neon to my stash though,LOL!

Looks great, I'm not big on neon (at least not since the 80's lol), but he bright colors really bring out the sentiment and make you smile. Great job.
