Love the flowers you maed and the wonderful butterfly. The park sounds pretty but not too sure about the gators. But you sound like you make a fun and exciting game out of a menacing creature. That is what your kids will remember. Cool.
The felt adds a great dimension to this layout, and I love all your lollipops! How cool that you have a ritual alligator count, and that's really neat about seeing all the babies!
December Monochromatic Challenge week 3 with both twists. believe is in the journaling and I made lollipop flowers.
December Use Your Supplies Challenge week 4 with the twist. I used a butterfly, lollipop flowers and a felt fusion vine. For the twist, it is about our last trip to Brazos Bend State Park.
If you look closely you can see 6 alligators. Everytime we go we "believe" we can top the alligator count from the previous time. We have yet to top 44 alligators. Of course that was over Spring Break when we saw several babies and they were all coming out after the winter. This last time we went it was in November, but it had been warm, so the alligators hadn't yet gone into inactivity.
