Description: This effect was created by stamping glossy cardstock with clear embossing ink and embossing with clear embossing powder. Then I did a coating of light brown alcohol ink with blending solution, then a layer of green with blending solution, then a layer of dark red with blending solution. Then I went over the entire card with just blending solution. The large "white" spots were made by dropping rubbing alcohol on the card and wiping dry.
